Procedure to close an account

In order for a client to close their valid account, they must meet the following requirements:

• Requirement 1
• Requirement 2
• Requirement 3

If the above requirements are met, you can ask the operations team to close the account by sending a request via Slack or an internal note tagging a person on the team.
When the operations team responds that the account has been closed, notify the client
