How do I make a withdrawal?

To make a withdrawal, go to the Withdrawal section of your account and choose the coin you wish to withdraw to.

1. Enter the withdrawal amount and click Submit.
2. You will then receive a verification code via email that needs to be entered in the two-factor authentication pop-up dialog box.  
3. Once this has been done successfully, you will see a message saying that the withdrawal is pending.
4. The transaction will not be processed until you enter the code in the dialog box.
5. You will receive an email confirmation once your withdrawal request has been approved.

I haven't received  my withdrawal

Please note that bank wire withdrawals are sent to the bank for processing the next business day (Monday to Friday) except during holiday periods. Once received by the bank, it can take up to 10 business days for the withdrawn funds to arrive.

International banking regulations may delay bank wires of greater than €7,000 or the equivalent amount in your currency, meaning these transactions may take longer to arrive.

If you do not receive your bank wire withdrawal within these time frames, please contact us and we will launch an investigation as to the cause of the delay.
